Dilemma – How do you inspire internal team members while boosting retention around a new mission/philosophy for customer service? Answer – create a fun internal campaign to “brand” the new philosophy around something memorable and easy to apply – Be Creative, Proactive and Actionable – or BE3. To pull off this internal campaign, a new logo/graphic was created along with internal signage, screen graphics, apparel, mugs, sticky notes and other SWAG.
